The next guest that I have the honour to interview is Allison Kelsey. Allison is a Vitality and Empowerment Coach.
Allison is passionate about working with her clients to enable them to discover who they truly are, to bring about transformation, to step into and reclaim their personal power, and live a life of vitality and joy.
She builds on her strong foundations in NLP, to use Archetypes, Intuition, Somatics and Energy to work with her clients at an identity and spiritual level. She believes it is who we are, our being that defines us, not what we do! When we know who we truly are, it is easier to form wonderful relationships, discover our true life purpose, understand why we are here…..and find joy in every day life.
